Refund & Cancellation Policy

A simple, course-friendly refund policy you can adapt for your own studio.

1. One-time course purchases

  • Recommended pattern: offer refunds within 7–14 days of purchase if the learner has watched less than a certain percentage of the course.
  • For this starter kit, mark clearly whether your courses are refundable and how learners can request a refund.

2. Subscriptions or memberships

If you sell ongoing access (e.g. monthly access to all courses), define how cancellations work, billing cycles, and whether partial refunds are offered after renewal.

3. How to request a refund

Add your support email address or help desk link here so learners know exactly how to contact you. Include the information they should provide (order ID, course name, and reason for the request).

4. Non-refundable items

If you offer add-ons such as coaching sessions, templates, or downloadable assets, specify which items are non-refundable and why (e.g. instantly downloadable digital goods).
