• Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing access outside your team or organization is not permitted.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Course content & intellectual property

• All lessons, videos, slides, and materials are owned by the instructor or platform and are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.
• For this starter kit, replace this section with your company’s IP policy.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by your chosen provider (e.g. Stripe or Lemon Squeezy). Pricing, billing frequency, and taxes are managed by your storefront configuration. See the Refund Policy page for recommended refund rules.

5. AI features

AI tutors and summaries are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They should be treated as study assistance, not as professional, financial, or legal advice.

6. Limitation of liability

This product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
